Dog Parks
For a romping good time off leash checkout the Bijou Dog Park located near the center of South Lake Tahoe on Al Tahoe Blvd. It has a large fenced area for big dogs, a small grassy area for small dogs and an agility course.
Dog Beaches
If your dog likes to dig in the sand or go for a swim, head out to Kiva Beach (just past Camp Richardson on Hwy. 89) or Regan Beach (near the center of town on Lakeview Ave). Note: Owners of off leash dogs can be cited.
